Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor from the United States. He began his acting career by playing in TV series such as Opposite sexual sex. In the following years, he appeared in numerous teen films including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he gained attention for his portrayal of Marvel Comics character the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and the sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans has continued to be featured in movies based on comic books: TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) Snowpiercer and Snowpiercer(2013). His portrayal of Steve Rogers as Captain America was featured is in Captain America: The Winter Soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014 and 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) as well as Endgame 2019 brought him greater fame. The Marvel films made him one of Hollywood's most well-paid actors.
