Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His music has been able to make significant progress to Latin pop. Una Lady Como Tu from 2016 won the Colombian Kids Choice Award as Favorite Song for the year 2017. In Medellin in 2017, Sony's La Industria Inc. released ADN his first long-player. It was atop the Top Latin Albums chart, it reached No. 8. Vaina Loca, the Top Five hit of Ozuna's Top Five album in 2007 led him to join Ozuna. Mala Influencia was released in 2020 by Noriel as well as his Dopamina album that year. Later in 2021, he performed in a duet with TINI on her streaming hit single Maldita Foto. A 2023 release of 2000 featuring the mega-hit La Bachata. Turizo comes from a musical background, both his elder brother and mother also play music. In interviews, he described his participation in music as compulsory. He was taught how to play the saxophone, guitar, ukulele, and piano as an infant. Though his original career plan was that of an animal veterinarian His brother Julian convinced him to try studying singing with the Cuban. It changed his entire life.
